Jacob’s Ladder Homeschool Nature Center is situated in picturesque forest outside of Mullica Hill, and we offer the following:

Acorn Adventurers
Preschoolers, ages 3-5
Tuesdays from 9 - 10:30 am
Join your child and others at our Nature Center! This unique adventure program will utilize the great outdoors to inspire exploration, play, and creative fun while connecting with other local families! Our Jacob's Ladder leader will provide topics of discovery to inspire hands-on learning. Children will have opportunities to lead and problem-solve with peers while exploring the great outdoors.
Tuesday sessions will run from September 9 - December 9, closed November 4. That’s 12 sessions of fun, exploration and friendship!
Woodland Warriors
Homeschoolers, ages 6-12
Tuesdays from 11:30 -3:30 pm
Do you have a child who learns best through discovery and not structured lessons? The Woodland Warriors are provided with frameworks and creative sparks for authentic learning, but they are in the driver's seat! Our Jacobs Ladder leaders focus on responsive lessons that follow the child's lead to assist them in growing as learners, creative problem-solvers, and friends!
These Tuesday Sessions will run from September 9 - December 9, closed November 4. That’s 12 sessions of exploration, play and appreciation of nature.
Green Guardians
Homeschoolers, ages 6-12 |
Wednesdays from 9 am - 1 pm
These explorers will be learning about the environment around them and about themselves as problem-solvers through a nature-focused curriculum. Our Jacob's Ladder leaders will provide resources and materials for discovery, along with journals for documenting what they learn along the way! Learners will have opportunities for collaborating with peers and creating with nature-based materials.
These Wednesday sessions will run from September 10 - December 10, closed November 5. That’s 12 sessions of learning, collaboration and developmental growth!
